Krav Maga is a great program, but the Black Belt program is where they really become bully-proof. This is highly recommended for students gearing up towards having that black belt attitude. It’s a great way for students to grow, to hone their skills and to progress faster.
Leadership training improves self confidence and prepares youth to act as role models, work as a team, assist those in need, set goals, take responsibility and communicate effectively.
Most classes are between 60-75 minutes. On Saturdays, we have a 1.5-hour class. Some sessions have add-on classes such as fighting & tactics which are 30 minutes – please check our timetable for more details.
Kids Krav classes go for 45 minutes.

For your first class, all you need to bring is a water bottle, towel, and clothes you feel comfortable training in. We train with our shoes on so bring a pair of runners.
After your first class, we will have some gear for you to purchase, including a Krav Maga training shirt and protective gears for adults including groin guard, mouth guard, and gloves.
Children can wear comfortable clothes like T-shirt, tracksuit pants or a pair of sports shorts. They can participate with bare feet during the training. Please bring a towel and water bottle.
The cost depends on how often you train and your level of commitment. We have many different memberships depending on your training.

To get the most out of your Krav Maga training, you should train twice a week as a minimum.
